event descriptions, appeals, letters, or coming up with a creative for brand’s souvenir bits - Documents for employees to turn to when revising

History
We worked with SoftServe multiple times, but it was surely the first one to work so closely and thoroughly.
We should start with the fact that SoftServe
was already widely known as an IT company
with Ukrainian roots. Indeed, it was a role model,
inspiring others with its practices,
projects, solutions, and unique approach.

And here’s the problem:
its internal communication didn’t properly reflect the brand;
employees didn’t have a distinct
corporate image in their minds either.
That kind of image you would love to share both in your workplace, your social media, and just at a bar having a beer
with your friends. This image existed in English but not in Ukrainian.
In Big Bangers, we believe:
“Many brands and companies are immeasurably cool and work hard, but they don’t have that unified voice to tell about it — loudly, vividly, originally.
“Many brands and companies are immeasurably cool and work hard, but they don’t have that unified voice to tell about it — loudly, vividly, originally.

They often lack time for such an important
structural part of their brand.
SoftServe chose us, and we’re proud
to achieve such outstanding results in just a month of
project implementation.”

But we can share some feedback on our work.
There was a leader meeting today, where they
especially highlighted the excellent results of the Ukrainian
tone of voice. When we introduced it to the newsletters,
the response to emails doubled.
So, there is quite a feedback; even numbers can testify to it.
And this is really cool. I wanted to share it with you,
and I guess you’ll be as happy about it.
