  7. Inviting a DJ.
  8. Organizing the birthday of the Coworking company in 10 days

  11. Managing the work of hostesses on all floors.
  12. Searching for contractors to work on the light and sound.
  13. Setting up a photo zone .
  14. Organizing a light show .
  15. Involving the musicians to perform .
  16. Inviting over 1000 guests .
  17. Filming the event from a drone .
Our story with «Platforma» started from one corporate corporate New Year party, which turned into a real immersive show and opened up a new subcultural world to the employees.
“To create an unforgettable holiday, we decorated the event space with black New Year decorations and invited drag queen artists. The guests were in the dark about the evening program till the last moment.”
We covered both ceiling and walls with plastic wrap and divided the halls into separate zones. From the entrance, the guest could not see where he was going. Passing through the ribbons at the door, guests entered a hall, bathed in red light and decorated with pipes.
We stepped away from the usual New Year decor and the classic approach to organizing holidays.
The hall was filled with drag queens, who interacted with the guests during the evening. Later, the lead drag queen Marlen emerged in the role of a diva.
The one-of-a-kind approach allowed us to emphasize one of the critical company values — to preserve the uniqueness of every employee within a clear corporate system.
Guests’ social media was filled with drag queen content. We guess it really reflects the awe from what they saw, as we only share things that touch us.
COWORKING FRIENDS PARTY
What can be more exciting than a Friday with friends? Only Friday you can spend making your favorite cocktails with your friends! Friday evening at Coworking Platforma — is a place filled with friends, friends of friends, and friends of friends of friends:) They gather to meet, chat and then go to one of the loudest parties in town together.
“They say that to cheer up a quiet group, you must bring a board game. We didn’t check, but we know that for sure: making cocktails together turns strangers into good friends.”
Main event idea: coworking and non-resident friends make unique cocktails under professional bartender guidance. All this is for the coworking to become a place of work and entertainment for residents and their friends.
Every friend group could choose their cocktail theme, which gives a premise for a PreParty theme — from Tiki cocktails and Hawaiian ambiance to reserved London evenings and strong Scottish whiskey cocktails.
What we managed to achieve:
Exceeded the expected attendance numbers by 30%, all that in the context of the “post-quarantine” period
The sales department got a high-quality ЦА during the event
Numerous social media stories and posts
Involving a relevant partner helped minimize operational costs for organizing the event
The client decided to make events a necessary part of their corporate life
PLATFORMA COWORKING BIRTHDAY ON THE ROOF OF KYIV CENTRAL DEPARTMENT STORE
The most fabulous parties happen in the most unusual places. For example, on the roof. Especially on the roof right at the heart of the city… Especially if it’s a birthday party celebration of the coolest coworking network in Kyiv… Consider yourself to be at a party of the YEAR, no less!
We chose a splendid location — the Kyiv Central Department Store roof. Organized catering and food show. Set up the light and launched the drone, which gave us the brightest photos of the party’s festive atmosphere.
Despite “special” weather conditions on the event day, guests noted the excellent event organization.
The most influential Ukrainian media and opinion leaders talked about our event.
Every element of each event for Platforma emphasized the company’s unique features and opportunities it created for its employees and clients.
